Online value proposition

When formatting a business website, it is crucial to define your value proposition clearly and convincingly for your target audience.

The value proposition answers the central question: who is your ideal customer and how does your solution contribute to the success of his/her problem? Why should he/she buy something from you?

Your value proposition thus includes: 

  • What: definition of your offer (content).
  • Who: which target group (ideal customer) are you aiming for?
  • How: to what extent will you distinguishes yourself from the competition?
  • Why: why do you do what you do? What do you believe in?
